Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Catalogzy (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Industrial Ledger (“we”, “us”).

2. The Service

Catalogzy is an AI-powered product catalog builder. We provide tools to generate, edit, share, and export product catalogs. The Service is provided “as is” and features may change over time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Free Plan & Paid Plans

• The Free plan allows up to 3 lifetime catalogs with up to 6 products each.
• Pro plan subscribers receive unlimited catalogs, unlimited products, watermark removal, and analytics.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time from Settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period — no refunds for partial periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create (“Your Content”). By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law, or include prohibited material (e.g., spam, malware, illegal goods).

6. AI-Generated Content

Catalogzy uses Google Gemini to generate catalog copy and design suggestions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated output before using it commercially. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property rights of any person.
• Generate or distribute spam, misleading content, or harmful material.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Catalogzy platform, brand, code, design system, and templates are owned by Industrial Ledger and protected by applicable IP law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our IP to you.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state where Industrial Ledger is registered.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
